Counselling is a unique, one-to-one relationship between two people who agree to meet privately for an agreed period, to reduce distress, restoring emotional balance and well-being to the client. Therapy can be beneficial for many reasons, including emotional turmoil, difficult life challenges, relationship difficulties, unhealthy coping strategies and common mental health issues. Karina’s core practice is based in the Person-Centred Model however she integrates other modalities where appropriate. She brings with her a gentle and empathic approach enabling her clients to feel safe and at ease, whilst maintaining strict confidentiality. Karina feels passionate about being a part of a client’s journey and helping them out of their distress or releasing that which is holding them back.
