What is Reiki?
Reiki addresses physical, emotional, mental and spiritual imbalances and its effective delivery system is non-invasive or intrusive. The Reiki practitioner serves as a vessel, supplying healing energies where they are most needed by the recipient. Reiki’s ki-energies flow out of the practitioner’s body through the palms of the hands while they are lightly touching the recipient’s body, or not; quite often the palms will barely touch the clothing at all.
At Align we provide a restful and welcoming environment, serving as a peaceful space to benefit from your Reiki healing appointment. We suggest wearing loose, comfortable clothing for your treatment and encourage you to drink plenty of water following your appointment.
Reiki can also be a useful wellness tool within an overall wellbeing plan. Taking time out to reset and recharge with a Reiki session can assist with general balance and peace of mind.
