Unfortunately, memberships are non-transferable. However, you can always refer a friend and they can receive a special discount when they sign up.
Yes! We offer the option to freeze your membership for a certain period if you need a break (e.g., due to vacation, illness). Contact us for more details.
We ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you miss an appointment, your treatment will be taken from your membership allowance unless otherwise stated.
Depending on the membership you have an allocated number of treatments these will expire after the 12 months.
No, there are no hidden fees. All costs are clearly outlined in your membership package, so you know exactly what you're paying for.
Memberships are a 12 month sign up, but under certain circumstances you can cancel or pause your membership. Just give us 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle, and we'll take care of the rest. Refunds may be applicable based on the membership terms.
