Booking & Cancellation Policy

‍Align Health Agency operates a 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to attend your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, you may be charged the full appointment fee.Appointment reminders are sent 24hrs before as a courtesy only.

It remains your responsibility to diarise, attend, cancel, or reschedule your appointment within the required notice period.
