What we need from you
When you pay using one of the voucher links, please include the following in the note box:
Your full name: So we can match your payment and create your voucher.
Voucher details: Who the voucher is for and any message or notes you’d like included.
Your email address: So we can send your digital voucher or contact you if there’s a question.
How you’d like to receive it: Digital voucher (PDF by email), or Printed voucher posted to you. Please note a printed voucher by post incurs a 10% tip to cover postage fees.
If any of this is missing, it slows things down and we may need to contact you before we can send your voucher.
